Terms and Conditions CIBWAL LTD
1. All invoices must be paid within 30 days at the latest.
2. The withdrawal from a claimed service with a money-back guarantee must be made in writing within 14 days by email to: cibwal@outlook.com
3. Due to the nature of the matter, no liability or guarantee can be assumed for consulting services provided.
4. The company CIBWAL LTD is only liable for rendered IT services in the event of gross negligence within the scope of its share capital.
5. Any IT services and works only become the property of the customer upon acceptance and full payment.
6. Content out of the consulting sessions for specializations may not be recorded and published by the clients anywhere without written permission of CIBWAL LTD. Possibly recorded consulting sessions will not be published anywhere without prior permission of our client.
7. The information clients provide us for the specializations and niches are treated strictly confidential and will not be misused for own business success of CIBWAL LTD nor will those information be published anywhere. If CIBWAL likes to publish a sucess story as a reference, the client has to agree about this in writing.
