By ordering or making use of consulting services provided by Gabriel Waldeyer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Section 1 – Payment Terms
All invoices are due for payment within 30 days of the invoice date. In the event of late payment, statutory default interest shall apply.
Section 2 – Right of Withdrawal / Money-Back Guarantee
For consulting services for which a money-back guarantee has been expressly agreed, withdrawal must be made in writing within 14 days of the commencement of the service, by email to: [email protected]
Notice for consumers: For distance contracts, consumers (within the meaning of applicable consumer protection law) are generally entitled to a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This period begins upon conclusion of the contract. The right of withdrawal expires in the case of fully performed services if performance began after the consumer expressly consented and acknowledged that their right of withdrawal would be lost upon full performance of the contract.
Withdrawal notice: To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear written declaration by email to [email protected] is sufficient. A model withdrawal form is available on request.
Section 3 – Services and Limitation of Liability
Due to the nature of the holistic consulting approach, no guarantees can be given for specific economic results. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages or lost profits is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Section 4 – Confidentiality and Recordings
Clients may not record, reproduce or publish content from consulting sessions without the express written permission of Gabriel Waldeyer.
Gabriel Waldeyer will not record or publish any sessions unless express written consent from the client has been obtained.
Section 5 – Confidentiality of Client Information
All information provided by the client during consulting regarding business ideas, specialisations and niche concepts is subject to the strictest confidentiality. Gabriel Waldeyer undertakes not to use this information for his own purposes or to publish it in any form. Use as a reference (success story) requires prior written consent from the client.
Section 6 – Prices and Further Terms

Section 7 – Applicability of T&Cs / Earlier Versions
The T&Cs applicable at the time of placing the order shall apply. Earlier versions:

Section 8 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. For clients who are consumers under applicable law, this choice of law shall apply only insofar as it does not deprive the consumer of mandatory statutory protections of their country of residence. The place of jurisdiction shall be Munich, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
